The iShot® Imaging Model IX Push Mini Inspection System is a compact push camera system that can be customized to meet the demands of various remote vision inspection applications and industries, including sewer and water line, vessel tank, and pipe & valve inspections.
The iShot® Model IX Push Mini Monitor Controller is an intuitive 7-inch touchscreen that is equipped to control the two camera heads included in this kit, as well as other compatible camera heads. It displays high resolution, ensuring every detail is noticed. Display features like contrast measurement lines, negative imaging, and other operating modes provide exceptional functionality for remote visual inspection. The monitor also offers up to 5 hours of constant operation and 32 GB of removable storage.
The iShot Imaging® Model IX Push Mini includes two camera heads, each offering up to 1 MP resolution and 12 LEDs for high illumination, ideal for detailed inspections. The iShot® Imaging 24 mm 1MP Camera Head is composed of 304 stainless steel and offers a wide 120° field of view to guarantee a comprehensive inspection image looking down pipes. The iShot® Imaging 41 mm 1MP Pan & Tilt Camera Head features 180° tilt and 360° pan functions for controlled and precise visibility when inspecting intricate systems' piping configuration. The 41 mm camera also features replaceable camera dome covers with an IP67 rating and waterproof ability up to one meter. Both cameras are durable and built to withstand repeated inspections in harsh environments.
The 30 meter cable is composed of durable fiberglass cable with a 5.5 mm diameter. The rigidity of the cable allows a user to push and pull the camera heads through complex systems easily, yet offers enough flexibility to bend around corners and be coiled up for transportation. The cable comes with a convenient dispenser storage reel and can be packed into its compact travelling case. With an IP67 rating, this cable reel can enhance inspection procedures in even the toughest environments.
The iShot Imaging® Model IX Push Mini is a completely modular system that allows the user to continue to expand their kit to suit the needs of the application.
