Zibra MilliScope II CL Detachable Rigid Borescopes

The solid glass element inside Rigid MilliScope II CL borescopes transmit images without pixelating and features a continuous light guide configuration. These laboratory-grade scopes deliver maximum resolution through holes as narrow as 0.75 mm and permit precision focusing at the objective end.
The MilliScope II CL is a detachable tip borescope designed for high-cycle QC operations and inspections requiring numerous distal configurations. The detachable-tip system lets you hot-swap broken or worn scope tips immediately. Replacement tips slide into place and fasten with a click. Using several scopes to inspect a single part, the MilliScope II CL can save you money and bench space. By swapping tips rather than scopes, you can keep a single video front-end for all your inspection procedures. For the same reason, the detachable-tip configuration is a natural choice for fieldwork. Rather than carry several cases with several scopes, you can stow a MilliScope II and numerous tips in one case.
Applications benefiting most from rigid scopes are those requiring high resolution, minimum flexure, and linear insertion. The optical properties of a rigid scope render it unaffected by the problems commonly encountered when fiber-based scopes are used with inappropriate CCD cameras.
