The iShot Imaging Model IX Push Inspection System is a build-your-own system that can be customized to meet the demands of various remote vision inspection applications and industries, including sewer and water line, vessel tank, and pipe & valve inspections.
Choose from push cable lengths of 30 or 50 meters, two interchangeable cameras, the 40 mm pan & tilt, and the 24 mm fixed camera heads. The iShot Model IX Push Monitor Controller is a rugged tablet video borescope control unit with an intuitive 7-inch touchscreen that controls either camera head. It displays high resolution, ensuring every detail is noticed. Display features like contrast measurement lines, negative imaging, and other operating modes provide exceptional functionality for remote visual inspection. The monitor also offers up to 5 hours of constant operation and 64 GB of removable storage.
Each camera option offers an astounding 1MP pixel resolution and 12 LEDs for high illumination, which is ideal for detailed inspections. The iShot Model IX Push 24mm Camera Head has a wide 120° field of view to guarantee a comprehensive inspection image looking down pipes. The iShot Model IX Push 40mm Camera Head features 180° tilt and 360° pan functions for controlled and precise visibility when inspecting intricate systems piping configuration. The 40mm camera also features replaceable camera dome covers with an IP67 rating and waterproof ability up to one meter. Both cameras have 304 stainless steel, making for rugged and repeatable inspections in harsh environments.
The iShot Model IX Push Cable options, 30 & 50 meters, are durable fiberglass cables with a 5.5mm diameter. Their rigidity allows a user to push and pull the camera heads through complex systems easily, but they have enough flexibility to bend around corners and be coiled up for transportation. Both cables come with a convenient dispenser and storage reel. With a length-counting measurement feature and IP67 rating, this cable reel can enhance inspection procedures in even the toughest environments.
