SeeUV® Motorized WebViewer® Attachment
The SeeUV® Motorized WebViewer® is an attachment typically mounted to a VIBES® Cart boom, including manual or motorized vertical and horizontal travel. It is a UV camera inspection tool used with fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) and magnetic particle inspection testing methods typically performed on the internals of combustion turbine drums, shafts, and spools. Encoded elevation, horizontal travel, and radial reach values are displayed on-screen.
The positioning system with encoded position values displayed on-screen ensures that the camera is delivered into the component accurately and efficiently. It permits 100% coverage with desired overlap and repeatable positioning for re-inspection.
Three included optical adapters viewing 0°, 60°aft, and 90°aft assure direct alignment with target surfaces. UV and white light levels are optimized for high-contrast viewing of fluorescent indications. Macro positioning tools permit reach into bores as small as 102 mm diameter; see VIBES-S (EM10919), VIBES-L (EM10918), VIBES-L-XR (EM15612), and FSWV-S (EM14110) and reference specifications in the download area.
With optional 60° forward and 90°forward optical adapters, all web surfaces may be inspected with access from one side of the component.
