Details

The SeeUV® VIBES® CIS Coupling Inspection System for  aviation couplers and other medium size parts. The SeeUV® CIS inspection system combines a high resolution camera, with ultraviolet (UV) illumination and precision mechanics.  An operator can conduct efficient inspections using proven techniques, such as magnetic particle (MT) and fluorescent penetrant inspections (PT) of components with included rotational fixturing.

Illumination Control

To attain a thorough remote visual examination of component internals, The  SeeUV® CIS inspection system has been designed with independent white and UV illumination capability.  Intensity is controlled separately and operation can be simultaneous. The white and UV illumination is uniform across the field of view and is superior in spectral content and intensity.

Near-Coincident Viewing and Illumination Vectors

To minimize viewable shadows, the SeeUV® VIBES® CIS inspection system uses high grade optics and micro components to position the field of vision axis within the projected illumination.

Robust Video Camera

The SeeUV® VIBES® CIS inspection system has a remote focus capability helping to ensure crisp, high-resolution video images.  The HD micro camera can capture color video at a resolution of 1080p60 for full documentation of inspection. 

Generous Movement Envelope

Manual or optional motor control, the CIS camera boom can travel typically 270 mm horizontally and 500 mm vertically.
