Description
Details
The iGrab™ Vacuum-Articulating FOSAR Tool is a precision retrieval system designed for removing foreign object debris (FOD) that is stringy, granular, or difficult to grasp in confined environments. By combining vacuum-assisted debris extraction, a 4-way articulating tip, and integrated HD video inspection, the system enables operators to locate, maneuver, and remove debris from hard-to-reach areas with greater control.
Built with a ½-inch-diameter shaft reinforced with tungsten braid and stainless steel fittings, the tool provides durability while maintaining flexibility for complex access paths. The 6-inch articulating tip delivers over 120° of movement in all directions, allowing precise positioning during debris removal operations.
An integrated 1080p color CMOS camera with LED illumination provides clear visibility in low-light environments, while a portable tablet monitor mounted to the handle displays real-time video using U.S.-based software for intuitive operation.
Originally developed for aerospace and aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environments, the iGrab™ Vacuum-Articulating FOSAR Tool is also used in power generation, manufacturing, and automotive maintenance applications where reliable debris retrieval is required.
*Interchangeable nozzle attachments are not included with this device. Contact us to discuss what nozzle attachment is best suited for your application.*
