Details
The SeeUV® MZ6™ Medium Bore Inspection System supports visual examinations of medium bore inner diameters during general white light visual and/or UV fluorescent inspections. Independent white and UV LEDs illuminate bore or tube surfaces, and two high-performance HD camera sensors display brilliant pictures to a PC with an auxiliary monitor for easy viewing. This produces high-contrast images when used with fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) & magnetic particle inspection (MPI) non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
The MZ6™ innovative camera head design uses bore/tube centering fixtures, UV/white LEDs, and two HD camera sensors to achieve quality inspection images. The forward-facing camera looks down the bore or line to identify the location of flaws. The side-facing camera with remote control focus looks at the side walls for documentation and analysis.
MZ6™ is designed for each bore/tube diameters 25, 30, 40, 60, and 81 mm. Centering fixtures keep the camera head inconsistent position for repeatable and reliable documentation.
