The Weld-i® Submerged Arc Weld (SAW) Camera Head integrates advanced imaging technology with user-friendly controls to optimize submerged arc welding (SAW) operations. This camera head produces FULL HD 1080p/60fps high-quality images and is protected by a durable housing. The camera features a 2.1M Progressive CMOS Image sensor, 10x zoom, progressive scanning and Low-noise imaging for versatility and high performance.
The camera is suited for low-light environments with its wide dynamic range and four adjustable LED's on the housing. To allow for active air cooling in difficult environments the housing also features two cooling barbs on the back of the camera head. The lens is protected by a spatter shield which can be easily replaced to ensure a consistently clear image.
