The Weld-i® Submerged Arc Weld (SAW) Camera Monitoring System integrates advanced imaging technology with user-friendly controls to optimize submerged arc welding (SAW) operations. This system features a camera core that produces FULL HD 1080p/60fps high-quality images and is protected by a durable housing. The camera features a 2.1M Progressive CMOS Image sensor, 10x zoom, progressive scanning and Low-noise imaging for versatility and high performance.
A lens shield protects the camera from potential spatter, while the cameras four adjustable LEDs and wide dynamic range ensures visibility in low-light environments. The TVI interface accommodates various cable length requirements for flexibility across various SAW applications. Integrated cooling barbs on the back of the camera housing allow for active air cooling in difficult environments.
The Weld-i® Submerged Arc Weld (SAW) Camera Monitoring System enables intuitive controls with custom designed software to easily adjust of zoom levels, manipulate on-screen targeting guide lines, and manage camera settings. This easy to use setup enables real-time adjustments and ensures precise control over the welding process. The camera control units software is also compatible with all monitors both touchscreen and standard display monitors with a mouse.
