Zoom in to view the live welding process in HD with the Weld-I® Zoom HD Automated Weld Monitoring System. This system produces a Full HD picture with the 3G-SDI output of the live weld process by blocking out the harmful UV light of the arc, all while the weld camera is at a distance, so it is protected from the harsh conditions of the welding environment.
The system produces Full HD 1080/60p (1920 x 1080) high-quality images that can show the weld's torch, puddle, and seam. The weld camera boasts a 10x optical zoom with 12x digital zoom (120x total). The onboard optical filters with the camera’s Wide Dynamic Range processing technology allow the system to see clear, detailed images in the high-contrast weld environment.
In addition to live weld monitoring, the iShot® Weld-I® Zoom HD Automated Weld Camera Monitoring System can provide enlarged views of the weld before and after completion. The operator can perform quick, efficient post-weld inspections from a safe distance. Optional onboard LEDs are available to illuminate the dark areas for easy targeting upon setup.
