The Weld-i® EDU HDMI Weld Vision HDMI Camera Head is a compact weld camera designed for real-time weld viewing and recording in training and instructional environments. It provides a clear view of the weld puddle, electrode, and base material during active welding, enabling shared observation and review for more effective welding education.
This HDMI weld camera delivers full HD imaging with integrated arc-bypass processing and IR illumination, keeping the live weld image visible despite arc brightness and glare. The direct HDMI output supports plug-and-play connection to displays or integration into existing weld vision systems.
A single optimized operating mode supports multiple welding processes, including MMA (stick), GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), and FCAW, across common materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. The compact camera head design enables flexible positioning within training setups and inspection environments.
This product is included in the Weld-i® EDU HDMI Weld Vision Camera Kit.
